The Silo Sandwich- roast beef, ham, turkey, provolone, swiss and american cheeses on sourdough bread.

The Bunker- roast beef and swiss cheese on rye.

The Feedlot- turkey, ham, swiss and american cheeses on wheat.

Classic BLT-  Bacon, lettuce, and tomato on sourdough bread.

Grilled cheese-  Your choice of american, swiss or provalone cheese on sourdough bread.

All with your choice of toppings; Lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, jalapanos, cheese and mayo or mustard.

Try our Greek Gyro, with strips of beef on a pita bread, with onions, tomatos, and topped with a delicious Tzatziki sauce.

HYDROPONIC BUCKET SYSTEM

These buckets can grow as many plants as 8 feet of actual ground space! Which equals huge land savings and better quality fruit. The fruit is constantly watered and fed nutrients three times daily. We grow strawberries in these systems which eliminates bending and kneeling to pick.

We plan on expanding to fresh herbs and a variety of vegetables soon. Farmers that have been farming for 40 years even stop by to ask us what they're all about!
